Craig Denlinger founded Artesian CPA in 2014 after cutting his teeth at Deloitte.  He is a nationally recognized thought leader in the start-up financing space and renowned industry pioneer in JOBS Act securities offerings.  Craig serves as a board member of the Crowdfunding Professional Association, frequently speaks at conferences on Regulation A and Regulation CF, and has been quoted numerous times in Entrepreneur Magazine and other publications.  He lives in Golden, Colorado with his wife and three boys.

Benito David joined Artesian CPA in 2019 after keeping his nose to the grindstone of EY and a mid-tier outsourcing firm. His work experiences vary from bookkeeping, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial audit. In Artesian CPA, he focuses on financial audits of crowdfunding companies, handling complex accounting areas and doing quality audit reviews.

Bob Cascio has worked at Artesian since 2016 and was Artesian’s first hire. He has worked at a regional firm and small CPA firms in the Denver metro area. While servicing clients in the crowdfunding, governmental and employee benefit plan industries, Bob has the most experience and specializes in the not-for-profit industry and is the head of the not-for-profit group.  Bob lives in Parker with his wife and two daughters. When Bob is not working, he enjoys playing golf and watching 90s reruns with his daughters.

Ryan is the newest addition to Artesian’s management team, bringing his Big 4 background and experience with a variety of pre-IPO, public filers, and private companies. Ryan has extensive experience with technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and SEC reporting requirements and has earned an MBA with a Public Accounting focus. You can find Ryan outside fishing, hiking, and exploring the country with his wife, two sons, and daughter when he is not working.
